Golden Granola

My Angora Peak Golden Granola has been reborn. For a couple of months I employed the use of an electric convection oven to bake the granola, but I never liked the result, the granola was dry but not sticky and crunchy. Today I went back to my Wolf range oven I have used since 2005 and I am so happy to have the granola back to it’s remarkable self.

I am going to replace all the 1 lbs bags out in retail areas over the next week.
